How do I order?

Ordering is simply, just take a look in the PRODUCTS menu & there you will see listings for the various items Rocket & Rose has to offer.

What if I can’t find something I want?

Rocket & Rose offers a bespoke & custom made service on all items from Babies, Children & Grown Ups to Homewear, Work Wear & Horse Wear.  All you need to do is to drop us a message via the CONTACT US form to discuss what you would like.

How long is delivery?

Delivery at the moment is around 1-2 weeks from the date of ordering to creation date.  Once the order has been made, then our delivery company will usually deliver within 3-4 working days.

Why does it take so long?

We are a made to order company & our turnaround time is around 1-2 weeks at the moment.  We don't hold stock of all garments & they are ordered in once a week from our wholesaler according to the individual orders from the previous week.

Can I have any colour I like?

We do offer a good range of colours for the garment & the decoration, but if you have something specific in mind, then please get in touch as we have access to thousands more products so we can always look for an alternative.

What are the sizes like?

The sizes are on the generous size & we do have a size guide in the menu for you to compare measurements.

Can you do a rush order?

Yes we can offer a rush order & that can be organised by contacting us before you order.  This is at an additional fee.

How do I wash the items?

We recommend washing the garments at 40 degrees inside out.   We wouldn't recommend tumble drying as may affect the prints.  The washing instructions are also printed on the garments for your information.

I have a problem, what do I do?

If you have a problem with absolutely anything at all, then please pop us an email & we will do our best to help.  Please make sure you include your order number with your email.
